No hot water look nothing like in the photo the unit was in bad condition and there where no toiletries as they advertised the list goes on would not recommend it to anyone

There was bubbling and flaking paint above the headboard and I moved the bed away from the wall so it would not flake on us. The TV was from the 1990's...but at least worked! The towels and bedding did not have a smell of bleach or any disinfecting cleanser.

Lancaster hotel the reality is not like the photos and description, more like real horror film set.

it was close to the airport, only reason I booked it and the photos.

unsafe feeling, combined with room door wouldnt lock properly, stareing drunks downstairs, filthy dusty room with rice in the bed, musty dirty bedding with stains.. never booked a hotel as bad. corridors with roaches running around and cobwebs, taxi struggled to find it as its not a real hotel, its rooms rented in a condo with different name. what more can I say AVOID IT LIKE the PLAGUE. I booked it for my wife and daughter to stay to recover from a long fight that landed at 1am, before taking a taxi home. they were terrified and didnt want to complane at the facility for fear of reaction. my wife sat on the sofa watching the door until daylight when they booked a taxi to get out of there. ive since looked on google earth. if you want to book here, check it out on google earth. its the condo with another name between the 2 derelict buildings.

Very disappointing

Very dissapointing. Hotel costs way too much for what it is. Bathroom was very dirty- hairs and grime in bath from previous guests. And the tv does not work. Would have checked out straight away only I could not find somewhere else at short notice

Very, very poor management and maintenance

Nothing to like about this property.

First of all, we had trouble locating the hotel as it hasn’t got a sign outside visible from the street. The entrance was dark, filthy and awful. The room was ok but the bed was terrible. The bathroom wasn’t clean and they only provide you with a tiny bottle of shampoo. Not even a soap! The kitchen was fine but the utensils hasn’t been washed properly and you can see traces of dishwashing soap. There were dead cockroaches. The hot water isn’t working. The cable tv wasn’t working so we were so bored because there’s nothing to watch on the tv. Not recommending this property at all! Very, very poor management and maintenance.

Good location, bed was decent

Pictures were deceiving for this place. Pricey for what you get, as it wasn’t very clean (bug crawling around in cupboards and garbages) and our shower didn’t really work. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

You fooled me good!

You fooled me good!!!!!!!! The only thing good about this hotel was the location.

The pool was dirty, the room nasty, the toilet didn’t flush, building was very dark, and the web page gave me the impression the hotel was bigger and nicer than our stay.

Nothing...would never stay there again...bathroom was old..not hot water..not water pressure also..tiles were so loose on the floor i tripped on them twice cuz it would move up and catch my slipper...the pool and pool area was in need of repair..it was so uninviting no one was even there...the bar was a joke...i dont think anyone been there in months...the airco was not working right...it was on and no adjustment...it even would not turn off..l had to unplug it when it got to cold and plug it back in when it got hot..the tv didnt work...only one towel..no blanket on bed...the only thing nice about the place was the staff...i kind of felt bad for them having to work in a bad hotel and being so pleasant.....i paid 50 usd...i stayed in better places for 25usd.....
